Supporting Cricket Players and Local Residents in Brooklands
Brooklands is a lovely area, but like many parts of Greater Manchester, it’s not immune to housing disrepair problems. Damp, mould, leaks, and structural issues can affect anyone even in well-established neighbourhoods.
If you live in Brooklands or play for Brooklands Cricket Club and are struggling with unresolved repair issues in your rented home, Disrepair Support may be able to help. Our aim is simple: to help tenants live safely and comfortably by connecting them with legal professionals who can take action to ensure their homes are properly maintained.
How We Can Help
If your landlord or housing provider has failed to fix serious repair problems such as mould, leaks, or unsafe conditions you may be entitled to support. We work with specialist housing disrepair solicitors who can help tenants pursue claims for repairs and, in some cases, compensation.
All claims are handled on a no-win, no-fee basis, meaning there are no upfront legal costs, and you’ll only pay a fee if your claim is successful.
