Supporting Tenants Across Manchester
Outside of my love for Manchester’s social life, I’m passionate about helping people live in homes that are safe and healthy. I work closely with tenants in council and housing-association properties who are dealing with issues like damp, mould, leaks, or structural damage. No one should have to live in conditions that make them unwell or uncomfortable. Seeing someone finally get the help and repairs they need — that’s the best part of my job.

I believe kindness and understanding go a long way. Whether I’m helping someone report disrepair, chasing up unresponsive landlords, or simply listening when a tenant needs to vent, I always aim to make the process easier and less stressful.
Fun Fact – I’m Better at Filing Repairs Than Fixing Them!
I once tried to fix a leaky tap after watching a YouTube video — let’s just say I ended up needing a mop and a plumber! So now, I stick to what I’m best at: helping tenants get the right support for repairs.
